On April 17, 2025, Asia Out Loud presented Big in Asia, a night of international stand-up comedy at CTY Kitchen & Bar in Saigon, headlined by Brian Aylward, billed as Canada’s Best Stand-Up Comic.
Brian brought the polish of an international touring headliner, and the supporting lineup showed off the talent in the region: Duc Dang (Vietnam) and Paul Villanova (Australia). Emcee JK Hobson hosted the night and kept the energy high from the first joke to the last.
The room was packed with expats and locals alike, which is exactly what we love to see at English comedy shows in Ho Chi Minh City. More international headliners are on the way, so follow Asia Out Loud for upcoming stand-up comedy in Saigon.
